I. List of documents necessary for signing a contract:

1. Request (Request form to download)
2. A copy of registration certificate of a legal entity (for sole proprietors- a copy of registration certificate)
3. A copy of certificate of Taxpayer Identification Number
4. A document stating the area of the premises
5. Agreement of lease of the premises or a title certificate
